Leaving your home labouring, and entering a hospital setting
I will fill these gaps by pulling out evidence based information when you want to know more. I will help you prepare for the stages of labour. I will constantly remind you to drink water.
Birth doula package
Before, during and after birth I will provide support emotionally, physically and mentally for you and your family.
- Free, no obligation consultation
- Two in-person prenatal visits to review your birth wishes, discess your concerns, navigate resources, and discuss how to best support you and your partner
- Throughout pregnancy I will be available for phone, text and email check-ins
- I will be on call 24/7 to support you throughout early and active labour
- I will provide dedicated physical, mental and emotional support throughout including suggestions for labour progression and comfort techniques
- Postpartum support up to two hours after birth
- A scheduled postpartum visit within a few weeks after birth
